2Luxury villa Sutivan Beauty 3 is a part of three adjacent sister villas which can be rented as a stand alone unit, providing complete privacy, or as a whole. The full capacity of the three villas is 18 people while luxury villa Sutivan Beauty 3 can accommodate ideally up to 4 adults and 2 children.
For guests arriving by a car, you have a parking garage available at the property. On the outside of the villa there is an outdoor heated swimming pool ideal for relaxing and enjoying the hot summer days. Besides the pool there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
The large shaded patio is the place where you can spend quality time with your friends or family gathered around an outdoor dining table. There is also an outdoor fireplace ideal for barbecuing sessions.
Inside the villa there is a modern living room and a dining room. Fully equipped kitchen provides all the modern appliances you might need on a vacation.
The villa has three bedrooms, two master bedrooms are with an en-suite bathroom while the remaining children's bedroom has a shared bathroom. The rooms are equipped with TV and air conditioning units.
