Designed to provide a comfortable modern ambience, Villa Luce offers a luxurious setting for 10 + 2 guests. There are five bedrooms with separable king beds while two additional guests have 2 comfortable single beds at disposal. Five spacious ensuite bathrooms each have a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The villa features an aesthetically pleasing contemporary design throughout the villa. The kitchen on the ground floor, alongside one bedroom with ensuite walk-in shower, is fully equipped and with a dining room, the minimalistic design of which reminds one of a work of art; the focus is on comfort as this is very important to each guest.
The 21527-square-feet courtyard is a fully enclosed area that features a stunning infinity pool, offering a refreshment during hot summer months. There is also a gas barbecue by the pool for those who want to spend quality time in the company of their friends or closest ones. In addition, there is a badminton court at your disposal together with all the necessary equipment, including a volleyball set for proper recreation time. There are four parking places available at the villa.
