7With an elevated position, almost in the heart of the town of Dubrovnik, Villa Orti is a perfect venue for all kinds of gatherings. This 300-year-old luxury villa, where noble families once resided and dined, had been renovated to display a refined design, reclaiming previous characteristic features such as the high decorated ceilings. The estate has two entrances – one at the bottom and the other at the top level, with several sub-levels connected by stone staircases.
On the bottom level of the villa, by the entrance, there is a garage suitable for 4-5 cars, accessible directly from the main street. There is an elevator that gets you to the first level where 2 apartment-style bedrooms with interconnected doors are situated, and to the second level where a meeting room is. Right above the meeting room, on the third level, there is an outdoor swimming pool, a bocce field, and a garden next to it.
The fifth level makes for the ground level of the central property. On the left side of the main building is a professional fully equipped kitchen and a barbeque place. Above the kitchen is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; great accommodation option for guests who want to be separated from the main group, or for accommodating additional staff. On the right side, there is a sauna accessible from the garden.
