There are five suites each featuring a combination of renaissance furniture and contemporary Italian pieces. The rooms are spacious getting a lot of sunlight due to a good position while ceilings have a distinct wooden build. The suites have a view of the sea or medicinal garden.
The guests may take advantage of the beautiful Sunset Terrace on the rooftop of the fortress featuring an exceptional view of Lopud and Elaphiti islands. Among other facilities, there are alchemy bars, wellness facilities, in-house meditation experts, and outside practitioners upon request. The property also has Sacred Garden with nine stations created for meditation and contemplation. It has been lovingly restored over the past 20 years by Creative Director Francesca Thyssen-Bornemisza and her family. She worked with the Arhitektri studio in Zagreb to ensure that every aspect was carefully designed in order to preserve the incredible history of the building. LOPUD 1483 is a living art gallery and the 13 original cells of the 5,000 square meter monastery has been transformed into five exquisite suites, with wooden windows and floors, and views onto the sea or medicinal garden.
