Kazbek is one of the finest high class villas in Dubrovnik that has been thoroughly appreciated by our guests so far. The castle-slash-villa is closed from mid-November to mid-March, but, when operating, it gets booked soon so make sure to reserve well in advance. This impressive villa is situated directly on the coast in the bay of Gruz, some 2 kilometers away from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Kazbek features 12 spacious double rooms and one suite. It was originally constructed in 1573 by Dubrovnik’s noble family Zamanja. Although designed as a place for peace and relaxation, history had other plans and the villa passed through various violent ages. Kazbek is now fully renovated to match the highest of standards and has regained its original beauty and function as a summer residence for guests with high demands in privacy and culture combined with modern facilities.
