Villa Yolanda has two floors. The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds, both including a separate bathroom with shower and bidet, and one with a jacuzzi. There are another 2 twin bedrooms and 2 additional rooms for clothes storage and cleaning utilities. The maximum capacity is 8+2 (8 adults + 2 children). The first floor has a large living room with modern leather ensemble and a fully equipped kitchen including a large table with space for up to 8 people. There is another toilet on this floor. The terrace, which is on the same level as the first floor, offers welcome amenities during hot summer days: a swimming pool with showers and an area with a table and chairs. There is a barbecue outside as well.
The closest sandy beach and mall are located at a five-minute walking distance from the villa. It takes some fifteen minutes by foot to get to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, but there are also buses departing every five minutes.
