7Luxury villa Uvala, located in the breathtaking Maslinica bay on island Hvar, is a five bedroom villa capable of comfortable accommodate up to 10 people. The area where the villa is located is a five star resort providing it guests anything from sport and recreation, wellness, culinary arts and cultural heritage. Island Hvar is also Croatia’s sunniest island so the forecast for your vacation should be largely sunny.
Even though the villa is part of the Maslina resort it provides perfect privacy as the property of the villa spreads over 770 m2. It has a private parking space and the large garden surrounding the villa. The main feature of the villa exterior is its 50 m2 heated infinity pool where you can find refreshment during hot Sumer days and enjoy in the unparalleled view of the Maslinica bay.
On the terrace on the villa there is also a jacuzzi, a perfect place to sit down and enjoy in the scenery with the cocktail in hand. The terrace also features and outdoor dining area for 10 people as well as the barbecue area where you can test your skills in creating traditional Dalmatian dishes.
Lounge area by the pool is the perfect place to sun bathe and relax in the beautiful setting of this part of the Hvar island.
Inside the villa there are five bedrooms. One bedroom has a private entrance as it is located inside the villa suite. This bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and a stone bath.
On the first floor there are four remaining bedrooms. Two bedrooms have King size beds with ensuite bathrooms with shower while the remaining two bedrooms have Twin sized beds with en-suite bathrooms with shower.
Inside these five spacious bedroom the villa can accommodate up to 10 people. There are no extra beds in the villa to accommodate more people.
The villa interior is decorated in neutral colors giving the feel of relaxation and coziness.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides anything you need to create stunning dishes with the fresh produce from the island. The living room is entirely separated by the terrace with the large sliding glass doors providing daylight and the unparalleled view of Maslinica bay. The living room also features large comfortable sofa, a fireplace and a satellite TV.
The large wooden dining table can comfortably sit 10 people so the whole party can share the meals together.
The in house gym is a perfect place to stay in shape while on holiday and recover from the workout through detoxification and relaxation inside the villa’s Finnish sauna.
