The large property is a stylishly decorated, modern villa with beautiful gardens, a fabulously positioned heated pool, hot tub, balconies, fitness center, two saunas, and more.
Villa Vlastelini II is all about standing out. Property offers a vast outside space with a central terrace perfect for lounging. The terrace with dining arrangement is a great spot for al fresco meals, while a series of large balconies is ideal for soaking up the sun, relaxing or indulging in hazy sunsets.
The focal point is undoubtedly the swimming pool looking over the gardens and the sea. Guests also have the possibility of unwinding in an outdoor hot tub. A stone staircase leads to the garden gate via a short path, where there is a small private pier and rocky beach.
Villa Vlastelini II has 5 spacious bedrooms. Upon entering the house from the top floor, you will be greeted by a large living room, kitchen/dining area and two bedrooms. The most notable aspect of the space in all bedrooms is a large floor-to-ceiling glass wall with sliding doors. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. Three more double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the middle floor. On the lowest floor there is a wellness and spa area with bio and infrared sauna, relaxation room with waterbed plus custom designed shower. In contrast to the large glass windows on upper floors, here you will find circular openings or port holes. Next to the villa is an annex building with a gym and entertainment room equipped with a pool table, darts, a toilet and kitchenette.
Istria is easy to navigate if you are staying in one city and day trips to other towns are a great way to explore the region. It is known as a beach destination, but with plenty of surprises in the small towns. Boat trips at sunset are recommended as they promise the most memorable experience.
