5With an incredible location, Villa Oasis of Peace is exactly what it says to be. Enjoy every morning in silence and appreciation. It is a rather luxurious experience that enables relaxation and meditation. The setting of the property is truly amazing, located on a private road with no traffic. The house is based on the edge of a forest with no close neighbors. The medieval town of Groznjan is some 2 kilometers away and the blue Adriatic Sea can be reached within 20 minutes by car. The original 200-year-old property was rebuilt with carefully picked out materials so as to preserve the spirit of the villa.
The property is divided into two independent residential units. The first house has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Living area is an open space with a fully equipped kitchen facing a large window with a lovely countryside view. There is a large oak table perfect for 8 people. From the dining area you enter a space that feels like a zen room. Sofa modules with soft surfaces and neutral colors are oriented toward the central fireplace, giving this room a particular character, structure and warmth. Further away there is a sauna made from Iroko wood and a special concrete hot tub - air pool. Outdoor area has two porches; one in front of the bedrooms on the upper floor and the other with direct access from the kitchen level.
The second house called The Tower is integrated with the other house and includes a bedroom for two people with a bathroom, connected with the living room on the lower level directly via an iron staircase. It has a kitchen, a mini-cinema, piano, a terrace on the top with a barbecue and a small veranda in front of the bedroom. The outdoor infinity pool is situated within a few steps from the house, surrounded with sun loungers.
