The villa estate, which spreads on over 1,000 m2, is surrounded by pine forest and the stone steps from the villa take you right to the seashore.
This fenced villa provides a private parking area but the exterior is dominated by a 50 m2 saltwater infinity swimming pool. By the pool, there are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and an al fresco dining area for 12 people. To make your outdoor stay perfect, you also have an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue at your disposal. Thanks to the villa location, from here you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic views while enjoying the pool.
The villa's interior is beautifully decorated with designer furniture. The most impressive area of the villa is its spacious living room whose glass walls provide spectacular views from any corner of this modern villa. State of the art kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances which will make preparing the meals a joy.
Inside there are 6 spacious bedrooms, spread over two floors, all of which have an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the rooms also has a bathtub along with a shower. The rooms are equipped with king-size beds while one room has twin beds.
On top of the villa, guest will find a gym to stay in shape even while on vacation. Besides the gym guests also have at their disposal a kayak and stand-up paddle board, the perfect activity to stay in shape and explore the beautiful shore of Korčula island.
